Final sale items

Unless required by law, graded slabs, sealed product, mystery packs, live break spots, and items described as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ck@pokedextx.com.

Include your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the item.

Order cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Condition and listing accuracy

Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchase. Graded items are sold as the authenticated graded item shown. Mystery products are sold according to the stated contents and rules on the product page.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method.
